TERMS & POLICIES
If you would like to return an order, please ship the item(s) back to our office in Virginia. To return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping cost are non-refundable. It is important to use the original packaging and pack it in the same manner in which you received it to ensure no damage during transit. If you are shipping a package over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
RETURN/ REFUND POLICY
When the order has arrived, we will inspect it and issue a refund based on the condition of the item(s). You will be responsible for any damage during shipping. If the item(s) is/are damaged or has been tampered with, we will not issue you a refund. For example, if the glass is broken or the item(s) has/have been unsealed/ opened, we will not issue a refund. If the item(s) is/are returned and arrives "new" or "like new" we will issue a refund of the purchase price. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
MISSING ORDERS/ ITEMS
When an item(s) is/are missing in an order or the order is incorrect, we will issue refunds on our behalf.
